Again, I love all the textures :) The only constructive criticism I can think of is probably to experiment more with adding text - quotes, stories, that kind of thing. Maybe with some really elaborate fonts? Although I honestly can't really see anything I don't like about it :)

I like text too, but I find that it can be a bit too literal in a larger painting. I kind of want the viewer to interpret it on the merit of the image rather than having words play too much into it, you know?

Yeah I get you :) That is true, I do think it is nice for the viewer to pick out their own meaning about a picture, I guess it makes it more personal.

I do like the text that shows through on the various labels, papers, etc though. I just don't like to "feature" it, per se.
